Must Have Skills:

• Backend Development: 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Big Data Expertise: 5+ years working with Java/Scala and Spark on Cloudera or Hortonworks (HDP).
• Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure; hands-on experience with Databricks and building scalable data pipelines.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• DevOps Practices: Familiar with CI/CD workflows, Jenkins, Git.
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, deep understanding of OOP principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Collaboration: Able to communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud migration from on-premise systems.
• Python programming experience (2+ years) for scripting or data workflows.
