Location: Saint-Laurent, QC (Downtown office - 1 day/week remote)

Salary: $22 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Must be able to work 4pm - 12pm and some weekends

Overview:

We're currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join a leading Canadian retail brand. If you're fluent in French and English, flexible with your schedule, and ready to jump into a fast-paced role, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing online support to clients
• Responding to incoming customer inquiries
• Ensuring a high level of service and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• Full fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends
• Comfortable working on-site in downtown Montreal (1 day/week remote)
• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN LAPTOP
• Eligible to work in Canada
