T3 Sixty is working with a client who is looking for a Sales Manager in Toronto. This is an in-office position.
The Sales Manager is an executive-level growth expert with the primary responsibility to grow the company by recruiting, retaining and helping agents grow their business. The successful candidate is someone who has a proven track record of recruiting experienced agents while increasing retention, per person productivity, total sales volume and total units sold.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee effective and comprehensive recruiting, retention, coaching, and training opportunities needed to develop the best sales team in the marketplace.
- Maintain a recruiting database by building long-term relationships through consistent and systematic contact including marketing campaigns.
- Increase agent effectiveness by creating systems and processes for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring agents.
- Recruit highly productive agents who fit the company culture and consider real estate their career.
- Help top agents with expansion and increased production to meet their personal goals.
- Increase retention by consistently engaging with agents and facilitating agent feedback loops.
- Work with company ownership and the leadership team to provide an exceptional client experience for the agent and the consumer.
- Consistently monitor market conditions, inventory levels, and stay informed about industry trends, technology and tools.
- Meet or exceed key metrics and outcomes as defined by the company ownership and the leadership team
Minimum Requirements
- 5 - 7 years real estate sales experience which includes 3 years of management.
- Member of TRREB, OREA and CREA preferable
- Proven track record of recruiting and increasing net agent count
- Proven track record of hitting strategic growth objectives
- Proven track record of increasing office productivity and increasing company profitability in the real estate industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be fully functional with computer technology and how to use a variety of software to prepare presentations, social media features, offers & agreements
- A criminal background check and a credit check as required to be acceptable to RECO

This position requires exceptional communication, cooperation and coordination skills, including both written and verbal skills, with the ability to get messages across effectively based on the audience. The company's environment is fast paced and requires someone who can remain calm under pressure and stay composed during stressful situations.
