Job Description:

• 5-8 years application development experience
• Solid understanding of application infrastructures, including hardware, storage, network, databases, disaster recovery procedures.
• Working knowledge Unix including shell scripting (preferably RedHat Linux)
• Experience with the following technologies:
• Talend, IBM Datastage Cloud Pak
• AWS Cloud Solutions: Glue, S3, KMS, IAM, Lambda, Amazon SQS
• Programming and Scripting: Python, UNIX/Linux Shell scripting
• RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL
• XML/XSD/XSLT and JSON
• Modern Source Control, Build and CI/CD Solutions ( Bitbucket, GitHub, Team City, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Ansible, Light Speed Enterprise - Tekton/Harness )
• Experience using JIRA and ServiceNow SaaS

Logical thinking, Strong analytical and problem solving skills; innovative and solutions oriented

Effective time management skills in order to manage multiple priorities with flexibility on time zones and timelines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience building scalable, mission critical systems Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Kafka, IBM MQ and/or other message-oriented middleware
• Java Development
• Autosys and batch scheduling
