Position Name - BSA (Business System Analyst)

Type of hiring - Fulltime

Location - Brampton, ON (Need to visit 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

• Minimum 7 Years of experience as a BSA, preferably in Digital Transformation or Telecom domains.
• Expertise in creating detailed requirements artifacts: user stories, process maps, data flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology (SAFE Agile experience is an asset).
• Excellent communication skills - able to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in using design and modelling tools to generate activity diagram, sequence diagram and HL architecture diagrams using tools such as Lucid chart and MS Visio.
• Ability to translate business requirements into front-end, middle ware and back-end functional and system requirements and document the same.
• Ability to contribute to UX designs, Construct E2E sequence diagrams, API specs and high level DB design to meet functional requirements.
• Strong solutioning experience in running JAD sessions and designing/consolidating solutions with inputs from various teams and preparing high level design documentation.
• Able to spearhead the project and drive the project from inception through implementation to ensure the requirements are met.
• Strong understanding of testing principles and ability to review test plan, test design and validate the test results.
• Should be able to work with multi-vendor teams distributed across geographies.
