Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) with strong experience in DB2 and PostgreSQL to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing database systems in Linux/Unix environments and should also have exposure to Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support DB2 and PostgreSQL databases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Perform database tuning, performance monitoring, backup, and recovery.
• Implement and manage database security, roles, and permissions.
• Develop and maintain scripts for database automation and monitoring.
• Conduct regular health checks and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Work with developers and infrastructure teams to design and deploy scalable and secure databases.
• Create documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
• Support migrations, upgrades, and data replication tasks.
