Position: Copilot Adoption and Change Manager
Location: Toronto, ON/ Montreal, QC (100% onsite)
Job Description:
- Partner collaboratively with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into innovative solutions using Copilot for Microsoft 365.
- Develop and deliver clear, impactful training and communications to support end-user adoption.
- Evaluate organizational preparedness, culture, and transition environment to develop effective strategies for organizational improvement.
- Coordinate with clients and collaborators to champion adoption and drive sustained engagement.
- Identify key influencers and collaborators and develop targeted change and training plans.
- Design and implement communication programs that clearly articulate the need, benefit, and path forward for Copilot adoption.
- Build learning materials and training programs that equip users to embrace more productive ways of working.
- Establish and support a network of Business Champions to drive local adoption efforts.
- Establish and grow a Copilot User Community to promote peer support and encourage standard methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- A proven track record of 10 or more years in consulting, preferably in enterprise technology transformation.
- Proficiency in Copilot for Microsoft 365 and M365 applications such as: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Outstanding experience in GPT-4 integration and prompt engineering standard processes.
- Detailed understanding of how to craft and optimize AI prompts to achieve relevant business outcomes and optimize workflows.
- Proven success in leading change management initiatives and user adoption programs in large organizations.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver tailored, out-of-the-box solutions.
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Background in enterprise-scale digital transformation, especially within regulated industries like banking or finance.
