We are partnering with a well-established and growing construction company that's seeking to add a Construction Manager to their team. This is a key opportunity to manage complex bridge construction projects within a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

• Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the execution of 3 active bridge projects
• Consult and support a team of 3 Project Managers and 1 Project Coordinator
• Provide strategic input and leadership under the guidance of the Bridge Manager
• Drive execution with minimal oversight, ensuring project delivery, safety, and quality

Qualifications:

• 7-8+ years of Project Management experience in bridge construction

Required Skills:

• Hands-on bridge project execution and leadership background
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification
• Civil or structural engineering degree/designation
• Experience as a Bridge Manager or a Senior PM ready for a lateral move
