Role Description

This is full-time on-site role for Customer Service & Admin Support, located in Montreal, QC. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include administrative support, data entry, and maintaining coherent communication with clients to enhance their shopping experience.

A customer service online & admin support will include shipping packages, inventory support for online, answering DM's & orders emails as well as store operations support.

We operated a retail store in the Rockland mall so weekends are mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Previous experience in the retail or luxury industry is an advantage
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available to work Saturday & Sunday.
