Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Ottawa

Start Date: July 2025

Duration: 3 years

Security Clearance: Secret (Must have been in Canada for last 10+ years)

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support project teams and stakeholders across multiple departments. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, performing business process analysis, supporting solution evaluations, assisting with testing and deployments, and developing end-user training materials and documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration
• Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst on large-scale projects involving: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and/or Entitlement Management
• Strong understanding of Cloud-based access controls (e.g., Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SAML, Oath) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
