Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work. As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day management of client accounts across social media platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape, a proactive approach to client communications, and the ability to strategically execute content and campaigns across a variety of verticals.
You will be responsible for developing and managing content calendars, supporting and leading content production, coordinating influencer partnerships, and analyzing performance data to drive results. This role works closely with both the management and creative teams, bridging strategy and execution to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables across all placements.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the landscape across each platform and implement effective strategies across client verticals accordingly
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring clear, proactive communication
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and acting on new opportunities for client growth • Effectively develop, schedule, and monitor monthly calendars across platforms
- Work hand-in-hand with designer and photographer to produce assets or content required across placements
- Lead and assist in coordinating content production shoots
- Lead and coordinate and monitor influencer campaigns across clients
- Analyze performance data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize results
- Work in a collaborative environment with team members to strategize and ideate concepts
Qualifications
- Experience in social media or digital marketing within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and content calendars
- Confident communicator with strong client management skills
- Familiar with content production and working with creative teams
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and reporting insights
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
