About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role requires familiarity with MVC architecture, strong experience with MongoDB, Javascript proficiency, and familiarity with AWS serverless technologies. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to contribute both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing Typescript
Work extensively with MongoDB to create efficient and scalable database solutions.
Collaborate in developing secure, robust, and maintainable front-end and back-end solutions using JavaScript frameworks.
Implement serverless solutions using AWS services (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
Contribute ideas and improvements to team processes and projects.
Actively participate in team discussions, code reviews, and collaboration with developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Independently identify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions and processes.
Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong understanding of React and Typescript.
Expertise in MongoDB(or other NoSql databases), including schema design, indexing, and optimization.
Demonstrated experience with AWS serverless architecture and services.
Familiarity with front-end test-driven development (TDD).
Familiarity with DevOps practices.
Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to take initiative and independently solve problems with guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect).
Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
