Who you are

You have completed a diagnostic Sonography training program with a specialty in cardiac ultrasound and are eligible for registration with Sonography Canada. Experience in pediatrics is considered an asset.

Your role

As a Cardiac Sonographer, you are critical in Horizon's ability to provide exceptional care. Your duties include:

Preparing patients for cardiac ultrasound examinations

Preparing and operating equipment used in cardiac ultrasound examinations

Screening test results and preparing reports for physicians

Cleaning, inspecting, troubleshooting and maintaining cardiac ultrasound equipment

Maintaining clinical records and documentation
