Primary Responsibilities
Customer Need Analysis:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify problems that the company's products or services can solve.
Products Demonstration:
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations to show how solutions meet the clients' needs.
- Tailor demonstrations based on client industries and use cases.
Solution Conception:
- Design customized solutions based on client needs using the company's products and services.
- Draft detailed technical proposals and design documentation.
- Document solution architectures within the sales cycle and project scope.
- Evaluate client projects and technical documentation.
Technique Assistance:
- Provide technical support to sales teams during the sales process.
- Answer technical questions from clients and prospects and provide detailed clarifications.
Training and Presentation:
- Train sales teams on the technical aspects of products and services.
- Prepare and present sales materials, technical presentations, and sales pitches.
Technology Watch:
- Participate in the Technology Vision Committee.
- Stay informed of market trends, technological innovations, and competitor products.
- Provide insights on new technologies and suggest improvements to existing products.
- Compile market statistical data.
Performance and Usage Tracking:
- Monitor product usage by clients to ensure they get the maximum benefit.
- Analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improvement or further training.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase value for clients and the company.
Reporting and Recommendations:
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and client interactions.
- Periodically complete client audits.
Special Conditions
- Work location: Paxyl office, client site, remote work.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT domain.
- Good knowledge of contact center solutions, unified communications, telephony or related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- French / English.
