Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
Write impactful and effective content, including client emails, sales collateral, activity reports, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and banners to support the sales team and distributors.
Create SEO-optimized content, including news articles, social media posts, video scripts, campaign pages, product descriptions, and other sales copy to drive traffic and improve online purchase conversions.
Optimize website content (image descriptions, instructions, call-to-action buttons) to enhance engagement and increase conversions.
Handle translation, proofreading, and quality control of produced materials.
Propose content ideas aligned with sales priorities and organizational goals, actively researching relevant themes and industry insights through competitor analysis, statistics, data, and keyword research.
Contribute to the development of marketing and communication action plans.
Content Management:
Create and manage online sales campaigns to drive conversions and increase online revenue, ensuring targeted messaging and effective call-to-action strategies.
Develop strategies to boost online presence and increase subscribers across digital platforms.
Track, analyse, and report on the performance of sales campaigns, web traffic, and sources, assessing results against key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Adapt, schedule, and publish content across various platforms, including blog/site sections (WordPress), product pages (Magento), Magnifier app, Buddy app, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaborate with product managers to establish and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and relevant online communities.
Develop and manage multi-platform editorial calendars and seize content opportunities.
Skills:
University degree in communications, writing, marketing, or any relevant field
3 to 5 years of experience in communications or marketing
Strong ability to write creative content quickly, in flawless French
Excellent writing and editing skills (French and English)
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment
Autonomy, attention to detail, precision, and resourcefulness
Tact and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to prioritize
Proficiency in social media, SEO tools, and content management platforms (FB, LinkedIn, Canva, AdCreative AI, WordPress, SEM Rush) and Office 365 suite (PPT, Word, SharePoint, Excel)
