Job Title: Visual Analytics Manager

Location: Mississauga (3 days/week onsite)

We're looking for a Visual Analytics Manager to help scientists make better decisions during global clinical trials by turning complex medical data into clear, interactive visuals. You'll build dashboards and reports that make it easier for clinical and safety teams to spot trends, risks, or issues in the data quickly and accurately.

You'll work closely with people in various departments, like Clinical Scientists and Safety Scientists, to understand their questions and deliver custom visual solutions that support their work.

What You'll Do

• Create interactive charts, dashboards, and reports using tools like Spotfire, Python, R, SAS, or Excel
• Help clinical teams analyze trial data clearly and efficiently
• Train others on how to use visual analytics tools and best practices
• Improve existing tools, templates, and processes to make reporting easier and more consistent
• Look for ways to automate and simplify how data is shared and reviewed
• Collaborate with other teams to reduce duplicate work and improve data workflows

What You Bring

• A degree in science, medicine, or a technical field
• Experience working in pharma, biotech, or clinical research
• Strong skills in at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Spotfire, Python, R, SAS, SQL)
• Ability to translate complex data into visuals that tell a story
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Great communication skills-you can explain technical stuff in simple terms
• Familiarity with clinical trials or the drug development process is a big plus
• Experience working in Agile teams or using modern work methods is helpful
