Junior Project Manager/PCO

Location: Hybrid, downtown Toronto/WFH

Purpose of Job:

Manage day-to-day project activities of complex or interrelated projects within a program, following Technology's project performance standards.

Major Activities:

• Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close tactical projects, managing dependencies and incorporating project management standards.
• Ensure projects meet client standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct necessary risk assessments at appropriate times.

Job Complexities/Challenges:

• Analyze and interpret project data to determine status and actions required.
• Ensure projects meet client standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Review and monitor identified risks, re-evaluate and adjust as required.
• Plan resource capacity and control project delivery to meet quality standards.
• Manage impact of change on project/program budget and resource allocation.
