ERP Manager - Dynamics 365 F&O

Location: Alberta (Hybrid work model)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 CAD + 15% Performance-Based STIP

Are you an ERP leader with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations? This is an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformation for one of Canada's largest retail organizations.

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a strategic and technically proficient ERP Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of their Dynamics 365 F&O platform. This hybrid-based role in Edmonton, Alberta, offers the chance to drive critical technology initiatives and lead a collaborative ERP team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Manage system upgrades, testing (including UAT), deployments, and ensure business continuity.
  • Align ERP systems with organizational goals by collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
  • Supervise and develop the ERP team, fostering innovation, growth, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and best practices across ERP operations.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization and process improvement.
  • Engage with vendors and partners to resolve system issues and implement solutions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP leadership or management roles.
  • Proven success in leading ERP implementations and system upgrades.
  • Experience managing distributed and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, O365, SharePoint, and Teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
