Essential Skills: Okta is an identity and authentication platform that serves as the gateway to client's systems. The team responsible for supporting and maintaining this system is the Directory team, within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) division. This team also manages Entra ID and Cloud Security. In this context, an IT Analyst specializing in the Okta platform is required to join the team.Responsibilities:• Analyze client needs leading to application integration with the platforms• Collaborate with the security architect and designers in developing the service roadmap for the organization• Perform platform configurations for adjustments or new application integrations• Provide support to existing clients• Continuously reassess and improve existing processes• Contribute to the documentation of relevant processes• Be aware of identity management and cybersecurity challenges

Desirable Skills: • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, or any other relevant field• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with the Okta platform• Experience with Azure/Entra ID and enterprise application concepts• Knowledge of OIDC and SAML protocols and familiarity with SSO• Knowledge of YAML and Terraform languages and CI/CD processes• Experience with certificate renewals• Familiarity with Lean/Agile principles and ability to apply them in a team context• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies• Bilingual(French and English)
