Our client,an established international company, is looking for a sharp, driven Sourcing Specialist team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in staffing agency delivery, corporate recruiting, or a blend of both.

This a permanent role - hybrid in Toronto.

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines across Canada, the U.S., and global markets, with a focus on roles in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). From junior specialists to senior leadership, your sourcing skills will help power strategic hiring across our business.

What You'll Do:

• Build deep pipelines of high-quality candidates across technical and leadership roles
• Strategically source local and international talent (Canada, USA, and globally)
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role needs and candidate profiles
• Leverage tools (LinkedIn, Boolean, X-ray, ATS, etc.) to identify, engage, and nurture talent
• Track and report pipeline activity and sourcing metrics
• Proactively suggest improvements to sourcing strategy, tools, or process

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 7+ in Talent Acquistion with a focus on sourcing.
• Proven performance in a staffing agency, corporate talent team, or both
• Strong global sourcing experience across levels-from junior professionals to execs
• Experience sourcing in construction, industrial, railway or other industries
• Tenacious, "in it to win it" attitude paired with a calm, professional, and mature approach
• Comfortable navigating high-volume, hard-to-fill, and confidential searches
