Job Title: Business Consultant (Level 2)- Service Delivery/ Workload Efficiency & Automation

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years experience working with a diverse range of technical and business stakeholders
• 10+ years experience developing and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• 7+ years experience in Project Management, Business Process Analysis and Change Management
• 7+ years experience leading multi-discipline teams in a business initiative to design and align new business systems with business processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience participating in workload analysis projects would be a valuable asset.
