Skills and Responsibilities:
•Good experience in production support experience in Oracle PL/SQL , SQL, SSIS , Java
•Experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
•Service Now , Incident Management, ITIL
•Strong background in software development & maintenance to support business requirements and projects
•Ability to debug code for complex issues, Data trouble shooting
•Strong Communication, Coordination & Customer interaction skills.
•Very good understanding of Incident management lifecycle and adherence to SLAs
•Aptitude and skills to support Server-side activities (Deployment of Services and some Admin level activities)
•Willing to work extended hours
•Self-learner, Initiative/Proactiveness (Problem Solving skills).
Must Have:
•Markit EDM
•Dot Net
•Experience in Agile delivery framework
•Experience on DevOps tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus, urban code, Github etc
•Good knowledge on Incident Management tool like Service Now
•Understanding of Capital Market domain; Investment Financial Services Applications
•Candidate must be willing to learn new tools / technologies required for project
•Python Scripting
•PowerBI
•Automation tools like (Ex. IBM Urbancode - UCD).
