Summary

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of municipal vehicles, including buses, fire trucks, street sweepers, and refuse trucks.

Key Activities

• Experience in mechanical, High Voltage Systems, Cummins Engines, after treatment, and electrical diagnostics, MTO inspections, repairs, and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with municipal vehicles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed service records and reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Relevant technical certifications and training.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with fleet management or municipal vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Educations & Experience

• A minimum 3-5 years of experience in machinery and conveyor equipment experience is required.
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
