Our Mississauga store is looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused team member to help us continue spreading smiles, one cake at a time.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) of Rashmi's Bakery. This full-time position (30+ hours/week) goes beyond the counter-you'll assist with orders, support cake decorating, and help keep our store running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with orders, pickups, and inquiries
• Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and care
• Enter orders into our computer system accurately
• Support cake decoration tasks like printing edible photos and preparing accessories
• Prepare and package cakes, pastries, and baked goods
• Maintain stock levels and organize front-of-store displays
• Keep the store, equipment, and utensils clean and organized
• Work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Assist with other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills (email, internet, order entry)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or bakery settings is a plus
