We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for fostering long-term customer engagement, ensuring customers satisfaction, and helping clients achieve their desired outcomes with a product or service.
The role is proactive, anticipating customer needs, identifying potential issues, and working to add value before problems arises.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Review & validate customer forecasts and update sales force
- Opens engineering change requests as needed;
- Follows-up and review ECO information;
- Review contracts; acknowledge purchase orders
- Report scorecards to QA team; monitoring customer health metrics
- Meets with stakeholders to appraise of account status and key risks
- Actively identifies and resolves issues and risks that may impair the team's ability to meet customer deliveries and deliverables
Qualifications :
- Essential - DEC in administration / minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Essential - Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Essential - Knowledge of the microsoft suite office
- Essential - Knowledge of an ERP system
- Essential - bilingualism (French & English)
- Asset - Knowledge of the EPICOR system
- Asset - Understanding of mechanical plans and drawings
