Oppein Cabinetry, the world's custom cabinetry brand, is expanding in Canada! We're hiring a Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead our sales and customer service (CSR) teams at our Etobicoke location.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on dealer sales growth, team development, and ensuring a smooth order process from quote to delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a B2B sales team focused on dealer success
- Manage and improve customer service processes and staff performance
- Monitor KPIs for sales growth, client satisfaction, and CSR efficiency
- Handle escalated client issues and support dealer retention
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive results and optimize operations
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in sales and team management
- Experience in cabinetry, building materials, or home improvement (preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, team-focused approach
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year
- Bonus Potential: $15,000-$25,000/year based on sales & service KPIs
