About the Role:
Best Doctors Canada Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this client-facing, field-based role, you will be responsible for promoting our industry-leading insurance solutions by building and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors and distribution partners across Canada.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to represent our brand at a national level-traveling coast-to-coast to engage advisors, participate in seminars, lead webinars, and attend key industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and other intermediaries to increase product visibility and adoption.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Best Doctors Canada Insurance's product offerings and how they fit into comprehensive financial planning solutions.
- Sales & Promotion: Drive sales efforts by delivering engaging presentations, offering marketing support, and providing advisors with tools and resources to succeed.
- National Travel & Representation: Represent Best Doctors Canada Insurance at seminars, webinars, conferences, and industry events across Canada.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory or advisor network.
- Reporting & Market Insights: Track sales activity, report on advisor engagement, and analyze trends to support strategic initiatives.
Role Type:
Field-based role with regular travel across Canada to meet advisors, deliver presentations, and promote products at events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and the financial services market
- Proven experience in business development and relationship management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of financial planning concepts is an asset
- Valid licensing (LLQP in Ontario) may be required
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Canada
