We're Hiring: Sales Representative

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia

Full-Time Base Salary + Commission Car Allowance Benefits Pension

You'll be the face of our company-connecting with clients, crafting custom proposals, and helping deliver outstanding service from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Hit (and exceed!) your monthly sales targets

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations

Draft detailed proposals and negotiate pricing and terms

Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients

Visit job sites to assess scope and check progress

Handle post-project paperwork and follow-ups

Investigate and resolve client concerns directly

Assist with collections and offer flexible payment options when needed

Attend occasional out-of-town sales meetings and training sessions

Complete and submit regular sales reports

and jump in on other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

️ Proven sales experience

️ Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred but not required)

️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

️ Excellent negotiation abilities and business acumen

️ Self-starter with a track record of meeting deadlines and goals

️ Valid driver's license + ability to travel locally
