We're looking for a smart, driven, early-career Growth & Sales Associate to help scale adoption of our on-device AI tech. If you're passionate about AI, startups, and doing real work that moves the needle from Day 1, this is your chance.
What You'll Do
- Drive Pipeline Strategy: Execute inbound and outbound strategies to generate qualified leads, move them through the funnel, and ensure pipeline targets are met.
- Prospect Like a Pro: Identify and reach out to key accounts and decision-makers using a mix of cold email, events, and LinkedIn.
- Engage Prospects: Uncover needs, qualify interest through smart questioning, and prepare prospects for sales.
- Run Growth Experiments: Launch and iterate sales and marketing campaigns to discover what drives conversion and adoption at scale.
- Generate Demand: Develop sales and marketing material - demos, case studies, and educational content that supports outreach and pipeline.
Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have experience (or strong internship/project exposure) in B2B sales, growth, marketing, or consulting - ideally at a startup or in a technical environment.
- Are a scrappy, proactive self-starter who's not afraid to experiment and iterate quickly.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively - in writing, on the phone, in person.
- Think like a strategist but move like a builder - you balance high-level vision with tactical execution.
- Are goal-oriented with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership.
- Are deeply curious about AI, developer tools, and emerging tech - and love explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Care deeply about customer experience and delivering value at every touchpoint.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with SDKs, APIs, or developer-facing products
- Prior exposure to GTM strategy, campaign management, or outbound sales
- A track record of exceeding sales KPIs or targets

Location: Toronto Downtown (On-site)
Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 base + uncapped commission
