Lakeland Respiratory Services an Air Liquide Subsidiary is an Alberta company independently owned and operated. We are committed and dedicated to providing quality respiratory care, products and services to both rural and urban areas. These include home oxygen therapy, sleep apnea testing, CPAP Therapy, Pulmonary Function Testing and other respiratory care services. Each location is locally owned and operated. We have over 20 years of experience and a professional team of dedicated staff including Registered Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Educators focusing on the client and encouraging their independence wile meeting their respiratory health needs.

Our area of coverage encompasses North Eastern and Central Alberta including Edmonton, Red Deer and surrounding areas.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Lakeland Respiratory Services is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Client Service Technician for our Vegreville branch. The Client Service Technician (CST) transports, delivers, and installs homecare equipment (including oxygen cylinders) to patients and institutions while maintaining safe operation of the company vehicle. The CST delivers quality patient care by educating patients on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the equipment.
Sets up homecare equipment at patients' home, provides training to new clients and responds to requests from current clients.
Provides client education on equipment function, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Performs technical checks and reviews safety instructions with clients.
Maintains up-to-date documentation by completing appropriate records for technical visits including equipment exchanges, deliveries, and pick-up of equipment.
Ensures operation of medical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
Meets client needs by delivering products according to schedule and as required.
Ensures safe supply of gases to clients homes and transporting medical gases according to procedures and regulations.
Ensures correct loading of vehicle by identifying product requirements for the day/week, and unloading product or material in compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
Performs warehouse duties in the branches (IE: stocking shelves with supplies, shipping and receiving of products, and equipment cleaning and disinfection of patient equipment).
Provides after hour service to clients by participating in branch on-call rotation.

Are you a MATCH?
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-3 years of consecutive recent commercial driving/delivery experience
2-3 years Customer service experience
Clean and valid driver's abstract
Strong written and oral communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Basic computer / tablet skills
Basic mechanical/repair skills
