Our client, an industrial company on the South Shore, is looking for an Electrotechnician to fill a permanent full-time position.

Your responsibilities:
-safely calibrate, maintain and repair various production equipment
-Install and program instrumentation and control elements, as well as PLCs
-Develop technical expertise for problem solving and continuous production improvement
-Assist mechanics and subcontractors in their work.

-DEC in electrical engineering or DEP in industrial electricity, or DEP in electromechanics
-Electrical certificate (e.g. Licence C or A2)
-RBQ technical respondent -2 years' experience in a manufacturing company
-Ability to work alone or as part of a team
-Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and resourcefulness
-Be conscientious, punctual and willing to work overtime
-Ability to manage time and priorities
Good sense of organization and safety at work
Knowledge of general mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
-Valid driver's license
