We're looking for a strategic, driven, and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint and accelerate growth across all channels. In this high-impact role, you'll lead customer acquisition efforts, build strong retail partnerships, and shape go-to-market strategies in the fast-paced and dynamic world of food and beverage.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies that drive new placements and expand distribution across retail, foodservice, and alternative channels.

• Deliver compelling presentations, lead negotiations, and cultivate lasting relationships with key retail and distribution partners.

• Optimize retail execution in collaboration with distributors, brokers, and merchandising teams to ensure brand excellence at shelf.

• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to align on growth plans and drive company-wide success.

• Represent the brand at key trade shows and consumer events, championing our products and values to new audiences.

• Provide strategic insights to product management teams to help shape innovation and respond to market trends.

• Own and manage pricing strategies, margins, and promotional planning to maximize revenue and profitability.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of progressive sales or business development experience, ideally in the food & beverage or natural products industry. Experience working with natural, fresh, or premium CPG products is a strong asset.

• A proven track record of managing major retail accounts and delivering results.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
