About the Role:
We are hiring an International Account Manager to oversee a major international retailer's portfolio across multiple markets including Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. This role will operate with a General Manager mindset, owning the full P&L and acting as the primary liaison for key global buyers. You'll drive strategic planning, lead cross-functional execution, and shape the annual operating plan in partnership with senior leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Own the P&L and deliver on financial and strategic targets for the international retailer account.
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships across multiple countries.
- Develop and present promotional plans, innovation opportunities, pricing strategies, and performance insights.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, supply chain, QA, regulatory, and finance teams.
- Drive forecasting accuracy, inventory planning, and seamless product launches.
- Contribute to international marketing strategy and regional portfolio planning.
- Identify risks/opportunities and adjust plans to support profitable growth.
You Bring:
- 5+ years of key account management or international sales experience (retail channel exposure preferred).
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with hands-on P&L experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business planning tools; knowledge of MRP/ERP systems an asset.
- Experience in CPG, natural health, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
