About the Role

Our enterprise client is looking to fill the role of the Senior Analyst ( 2), HRIS Delivery to support their Redwood Project Implementation. This person will be responsible for working with the other analysts, developers and our implementation partner.

Role 1: This person will need critical skills in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll design and configurations. They will also need to bring experience configuring UKG Dimension time modules.

Role 2: This person will need critical skills in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Talent Management modules including the ability to manage configurations.

This person will be working between the business stakeholders and the vendors/developers to translate ideas into technical designed that work for the client with their processes. This includes understanding the business process and requirements, unit testing, supporting vendors with SIT (where required) and doing validation of data outputs.

Location: Alberta (open for remote option)

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 5-6 months with high possibility of extension

Key Skills:

• Oracle fusion configuration (Modules): Core HR and Talent Modules / Core HR, Payroll and Time systems.
• Strong technical skills in HCM Oracle Fusion Modules. Must have experience configuring HCM systems.
• Experience in project delivery following a structured methodology and IT Governance
