Requirements:
- Must have interfaced with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify opportunity. Any consulting experience will be huge plus.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, and unattended/attended bots
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, REFramework, selectors, and exception handling
- Experience working on automation projects that involving external systems like SQL, SAP, Oracle, Excel, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Power Automate is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with dispatcher-performer pattern, queue management, and best practices in UiPath development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibility:
- Analyze and inventory existing UiPath automations to assess feasibility for migration to Power Platform.
- Collaborate closely with Power Platform engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders during the assessment phase.
- Review workflow complexity, integrations, triggers, selectors, and business rules implemented in UiPath.
- Document detailed process maps, flow structures, custom components, dependencies, and exception handling mechanisms.
- Support R/Y/G (Red/Yellow/Green) categorization of bots based on complexity and migration readiness.
- Participate in technical workshops and provide input as SME on architectural differences and compatibility gaps.
- Collaborate with Power Platform engineer identifies automations that are not suitable for Power Platform (e.g., heavy UI interactions, legacy system dependencies, unattended scenarios beyond PVA capabilities).
- Recommend optimization or refactoring of UiPath flows to align with Power Platform capabilities.
