We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in interest rate derivatives and front-office (FO) facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of risk and P&L systems, trade lifecycle, and the ability to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and propose solutions to enhance trading and risk management processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Derivatives (Interest Rates focus)
• FO-facing experience (working with traders, quants, risk managers)
• Deep understanding of risk and P&L systems (Murex, Calypso, etc.)
• Trade lifecycle knowledge (execution booking settlement)
• Strong requirements gathering & documentation skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Problem-solving & analytical mindset

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
