Job Description:

We're looking for an HR Reporting Analyst to temporarily backfill a technical resource on leave in HR for anywhere up to 6 months. This role will focus on data reporting and stakeholder support, ensuring continuity in reporting requests and analytics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Workday reporting software for reports.
  • Manage and respond to ad-hoc Workday reporting inquiries via the People Analytics inbox across all four brands.
  • Meet with hiring managers to gather details on day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Ensure meticulous communication and guest service.
  • Meet SLA (Service Level Agreements) and prioritize requests.
  • Prepare standard and routine reports to support business needs.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and validation of new reporting functionality.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR analytics/HR Tech, People analytics, or People business intelligence (Workday Report Writer preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple requests.

Compensation:

$22/hr to $28/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
