The Opportunity

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to drive the next chapter of DU/ER's growth across North America. You'll be at the forefront of our wholesale strategy - building deep partnerships, unlocking new market opportunities, and ensuring our brand shows up with strength and purpose at every touchpoint.

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales, you'll lead major account relationships, manage account health and order velocity, and mentor independent agencies managing regional key accounts. Your impact will be seen not just in numbers - but in how we show up in the market.

What You'll Do

Own Relationships:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for DU/ER's key wholesale accounts, aligning them to our brand vision and commercial goals.

Strategize & Execute:

  • Develop tailored sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow account partnerships with a sharp, strategic lens.

Lead Seasonal Sell-In:

  • Present new product stories, lead pre-line meetings, and tailor seasonal assortments to meet account-specific needs.

Forecast & Plan:

  • Build accurate revenue forecasts and optimize replenishment through careful analysis of sales, inventory, and sell-through metrics.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to bring cohesive, high-impact strategies to life.

Expand Our Reach:

  • Identify and onboard new key accounts, leading negotiations and partnership development with confidence and creativity.

Bring the Market Back Home:

  • Share field insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with our internal teams to continuously sharpen our edge.

Deliver Exceptional Service:

  • Build trusted, service-first relationships with accounts, ensuring an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.

Champion DU/ER:

  • Represent DU/ER at industry events, trade shows, and community activations, fueling our brand presence and business development efforts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of national key account management experience in the apparel, fashion, or outdoor industries, or direct buying/planning responsibility for a multimillion-dollar category at a major retailer.
  • Expertise in order book management, forecasting, and sell-in/sell-through strategies.
  • Confidence in building actionable reports with Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
  • Strong systems skills: B2B platforms, CRM, and ERP environments.
  • Proven success driving revenue and account growth in a competitive marketplace.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment, and travel independently (10-20%).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD annually (based on skills and experience).
