Family Law Associate (1-3 Years Call)
Simmonds Law Hybrid / Remote / In-Office (Ottawa)
About Us
Simmonds Law is a business-focused law firm that does things differently. We're a modern, entrepreneurial team that prioritizes client results, smart growth, and a genuinely positive work environment. Many of our clients are small business owners, and we actively support our associates by marketing their services internally and through our extended professional network across Eastern Ontario.
We're now launching a dedicated family law team to meet the growing needs of our client base. Many of our business clients are navigating complex personal transitions, and we're building a practice that delivers high-quality family law services with the same business-minded, client-focused approach that defines the rest of our firm.
We care about doing excellent legal work-and ensuring our lawyers are well-compensated for it. We're not concerned about where you work from. If you're more productive at home, in the office, or a mix of both, we support that. What matters to us is that you're a team player, a strong ambassador for the firm, and someone who takes ownership of their practice.

Why Join Us?
This isn't a traditional law firm. We don't do things "because that's the way it's always been done." We're constantly evolving and open to new ways of delivering value-to clients and to each other. If you're looking for a firm where you'll be trusted, supported, and rewarded for your efforts, we want to hear from you.
