We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate our production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Drive Daily Operations - Lead all aspects of assembly, commissioning, and final system testing.

• Manage Suppliers & Vendors - Negotiate contracts and maintain reliable supply chains.

• Oversee Inventory - Ensure material availability and streamline stock flow to prevent disruptions.

• Optimize Processes - Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity-enhancing initiatives.

• Enforce Quality Standards - Uphold strict quality and compliance benchmarks.

• Lead the Team - Coach and support production staff, fostering a culture of safety, ownership, and results.

• Collaborate Across Functions - Align with engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver on business goals.

• Report Performance - Provide daily/weekly updates on KPIs, costs, and delivery metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.

• Experience - 5+ years in production or operations management in high-tech or electronics manufacturing.

• Skills - Strong in supply chain strategy, production planning, and inventory control.

• Leadership - Proven track record in managing teams and driving continuous improvement.

• Tech-Savvy - Experience with industrial automation and ERP/inventory systems is highly preferred.
