We're Hiring: Corporate & Real Estate Lawyer (2-5 Years Experience)

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Lawyer (2-5 years post-call) to join our team and support a broad range of legal matters across corporate, commercial, and real estate practices.

About the Role:

You'll advise clients on day-to-day business operations, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and handle a wide range of real estate matters including purchases, sales, leasing, and financing. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate agreements
• Advise on incorporations, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and governance
• Act on commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Review and draft leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documentation
• Conduct due diligence, title searches, and coordinate closings

Qualifications:

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• 2-5 years of experience in both corporate/commercial and real estate law
• Solid drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage files independently and communicate effectively with clients
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
