We're looking for a Global Procurement Project Lead to work in a fast-paced environment full of exciting challenges. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Act as a leader within development teams to ensure monitoring of deliverables related to procurement for the projects under your responsibility.

Evaluate and implement scheduling for deliverables across the project development cycle to provide and adopt a global procurement plan.

Analyze, justify, and communicate various opportunities and risks the organization will encounter in developing projects with respect to procurement strategies, assembly capacity, and in-house manufacturing, presenting these issues to the appropriate governance bodies.

Coordinate the procurement of parts according to NPD (New Product Development) deliverables, in addition to influencing and supporting each project stakeholder through constant monitoring, from the prototype stage to production launch.

Track project-related costs, justify variances, and influence decisions based on corporate strategies.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and act as a change agent within the team and with our various partners.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.

5 years of relevant experience in the field of procurement, as well as project management.

Bilingualism is essential, with knowledge of Spanish being an asset. Proficiency in English is required for this position because you will represent purchasing at various manufacturing sites.

Demonstrated leadership, a focus on teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Dynamism, versatility, autonomy, rigor and highly organized.

Strong analytical, persuasion, and motivation skills.
The position is based in Valcourt. Partial telecommuting is possible subject to changes in company policy.
