Responsibilities

• Coach private lessons, group clinics, and structured programs
• Lead junior development, beginner bootcamps, and adult performance sessions
• Integrate technology and ball machines into training sessions where suitable
• Use tablets or cameras to capture and analyze player movement (motion feedback)
• Conduct footwork and agility training using ladders, cones, and visual targets
• Customize drills across various age and skill levels
• Collaborate with the Revo coaching team to maintain consistent teaching quality
• Help build and retain a strong member base through exceptional instruction

Qualifications

Instructor, Club Pro 1, Club Pro 2, or international equivalent. Minimum 3 years of coaching experience. Fluency in English required; Mandarin is a plus.

• Willing to coach across both Markham and Aurora if needed
• Availability on evenings and weekends

Pay range and compensation package

Contract Coaches: Paid based on lesson profit-sharing and client load.

Full-Time Coaches: - Total compensation range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually - Includes base salary, performance-based bonus, and lesson commission - Actual compensation based on qualifications, experience, and client load
