Our Winnipeg, Manitoba client is looking for an experienced SAP Tech/Integration Manager to lead the design phase of an SAP integration project involving SAP and non-SAP systems. This is a HYBRID model with the Majority of the work model will be on site in Winnipeg. The focus will be on end-to-end integration design within a Utilities industry context. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical leadership and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical workshops and contribute to the integration strategy.
• Provide expertise in integration architecture and cross-functional design.
• Define and document interface requirements (flow, mapping, transformation, error handling, etc.).
• Align SAP S/4HANA system capabilities with business objectives.
• Support creation of integration designs, functional specs, and connectivity documentation.
• Collaborate across workstreams to manage integration points and business processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with SAP integration projects, preferably in the Utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of integration practices in areas such as Finance, Customer Service, Procurement (Ariba), HR/SFSF, and Enterprise Assets (GIS, ESRI, EPRI).
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, API integrations, and Cloud Platform tools.
• Proven track record managing technical design and interface development for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
