Demonstrated experience as a practicing Business Analyst with experience on business transformation projects.

Demonstrated experience preparing the business for change by conducting organizational readiness activities.

Demonstrated experience participating and facilitating business process model discovery and planning workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements with an emphasis of understanding the business priorities

Experience preparing project documents including, but not limited to, testing plans, use cases and user stories based on business processes.

Demonstrated experience developing training, training materials and facilitating training for both technical and non- technical audiences.

Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps is considered an asset.
