About The Role

5th business Group of Agencies-which includes Clever Samurai, 360 Leads, Pinch Social, Golden Word, and future agency partners-is seeking a strategic and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital-first lead generation and engagement initiatives.

This isn't about mass marketing or automated spam. It's about developing and executing intelligent, tailored, data-driven campaigns that spark high-quality conversations with the right decision-makers in Canada and the U.S. You will play a key role in designing cross-agency pathways to attract new clients into our ecosystem, with a focus on thoughtful LinkedIn, email, and social-first strategies.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement intelligent growth strategies that support each agency's business development goals and contribute to the overall group's lead funnel.
  • Identify high-value target markets and design segmented campaigns that position each agency as a center of excellence in its category.

Email & LinkedIn Marketing

  • Build, test, and manage targeted outbound campaigns (e.g., cold emails, warm nurture flows) using tools like Pipedrive and other automation platforms.
  • Create customized outreach messaging that resonates across verticals (e.g., tech, healthcare, CPG, sustainability, real estate, hospitality).
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics, and continually optimize performance.

Digital Events & Webinars

  • Plan, promote, and help execute high-value digital events-including thought leadership webinars, educational sessions, or virtual roundtables-with the goal of lead capture and qualification.
  • Collaborate with agency stakeholders to develop compelling themes, secure speakers, and coordinate pre- and post-event communications.
  • Own the promotion strategy (email, LinkedIn, paid, etc.) and follow-up flows to maximize registration, attendance, and pipeline impact.

Profile & Content Optimization

  • Collaborate with leadership and business development to optimize LinkedIn profiles, company pages, and outreach templates to reflect brand positioning.
  • Generate and curate compelling thought leadership content to support outreach, such as short posts, carousel assets, or short-form video ideas.

Social and Paid Media Tactics

  • Coordinate paid and organic LinkedIn campaigns, including sponsored content and InMail, aimed at top-of-funnel engagement.
  • Assist in coordinating campaigns that bridge PR/social with performance media for maximum awareness.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Build and refine prospecting lists with attention to ICPs, job titles, sectors, and funding signals.
  • Oversee data hygiene within Pipedrive and integrations with outreach platforms.
  • Report on KPIs weekly and quarterly, translating insights into actionable pivots or enhancements.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 - 5 years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or growth-focused roles, ideally in a marketing agency or consultancy setting.
  • Expertise in running smart, targeted outreach campaigns-not mass email marketing.
  • Comfort working across verticals with an understanding of agency-style positioning and services.
  • Strong writing and copyediting skills; ability to tailor tone and message for diverse buyer personas.
  • Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Apollo, Hoovers, Sales Navigator, Instantly, or comparable platforms.
  • Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial approach, and passion for helping creative businesses grow.

This is a Hybrid Role

The person hired for this role is expected to work three days in the office and two days from home.
