Role Description: Architecture Definition & execution - define and update solutions Digital andeCommerce architectures• Architecture design for future and existing Digital Architecture and eCommerceSolutions, ensure that technology components used fit with the overall technologystrategy. Ensure also that the architecture is communicated, understood andadhered to.• Architecture Governance - participate in Commerce Design Authority, work vendorpartners and participate in the Solution Review board to ensure that solutions aregoverned appropriately.

Essential Skills: Experience with eCommerce platforms.Proficiency in front-end technologies with strong integration capabilities, particularly with Salesforce CRM

Desirable Skills: Have a wide variety of Digital and eCommerce Architecture experience - acrossmultiple business contexts• Have consulting experience with a strong track record at a leading IT consultancy orlarge corporate• Have experience working with agile teams and methodologies and globallydistributed teams.• Have Solid experience techniques in the following areas: key features andcapabilities provided by the market leading CRM (ideally Salesforce) andeCommerce platforms, integration of CRM to eCommerce platforms, integration ofCRM to ERP, Middleware (ideally Boomi) and Web Content Management Systems,and application security best practice.• Have a solid track record of experience within Blue Chip clients Ideally have aDevelopment/Systems background with experience across the full project lifecycle• Have experience in developing solution architectures, preparing and maintainingBusiness process, Data Model, system, sequence and process flow diagrams• Have experience in working with diverse teams, including multi country andcompany teams• Have experience managing or directing work of others to contribute to a shared goal• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills• Have a self-motivated, proactive mindset• Have an organized and methodical approach• Required degree level (BA/BSc/MSc/BEng/MEng) in a Technical/Business discipline• Preferred - certification in TOGAF or other architecture framework
