Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong client communication skills-you know how to lead a call, ask smart questions, and extract real needs
• Experience preparing detailed documentation for business logic and project scopes
• Ability to create wireframes, process maps, and user journey diagrams
• Ability to work directly with the CPO, clients, and sales to define project needs upfront
• Understanding of how to translate business needs into acceptance criteria and test scenarios
• Experience working closely with QA teams to ensure requirements are properly tested and validated
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
• Familiar with Jira, or similar tools for requirement traceability and documentation
• Interest or experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation platforms) to improve workflow efficiency
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in keeping documentation up to date
• Ability to break down complex problems and synthesize them into clear, actionable items
• Ability to distinguish between core business requirements and lower-priority requests

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startups, agencies, or SaaS product team
• Exposure to B2B, FinTech, HealthTech, or eCommerce projects
• Familiarity with Agile processes
• Ability to read light technical documentation, data flows, or API references
• Experience scoping projects where requirements are evolving or loosely defined
• You're curious, adaptable, and love improving how things get done
