Our client is the fastest-growing legal tech brand in Canada with a mission-driven approach and a passion for innovation. The team is expanding its B2B2C division and seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Partnerships Specialist to drive performance, scale impact, and empower strategic growth through partnerships.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional marketing and partnerships teams, the Senior Marketing Partnerships Specialist will play a critical role in growing our client's footprint through scalable, high-performing partner programs. This individual will plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that enable partner success and accelerate traffic and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strategic marketing calendar and budget for the Partnerships channel.
  • Own the execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeted at acquiring and activating partners.
  • Support the Partnerships team in converting leads into new high-potential partners.
  • Design and launch partner activation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy within partner communities.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded marketing initiatives that amplify shared goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and monitor competitor activity to uncover new partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage a scalable partner marketing toolkit that ensures consistency and ease of promotion.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • 4+ years of growth and marketing experience in a high-growth B2B or B2B2C environment, preferably within a startup.
  • Proven track record building and optimizing lead generation programs using paid media, content marketing, and lifecycle channels.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with a sharp visual sensibility.
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms and CRM automation tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder communications simultaneously.
  • Data-fluent; comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel to analyze performance metrics and report on ROI.
  • Creative, proactive, and self-motivated, with a drive for impact and a bias for action.
  • Strong alignment with mission-driven work; demonstrates empathy and compassion.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
