Your challenges ?

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :

  • Maintain/develop multiple Pega applications across the firm ;
  • Provide Business Process Management (BPM) services and tools to the entire firm and is responsible for all aspects of Pega platform support and common design and implementation standards ;
  • Provide internal consulting services to other technology teams across the Firm assisting them with their BPM Platform design and workflow implementations ;
  • Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our Pega platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our business-critical applications. You will work closely with our development teams, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the Pega platform.

What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field ;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Pega BPM ;
  • 2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or similar role ;
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect ;
  • Experience with Pega application development ;
  • Experience with Pega system administration, including installation, configuration, and upgrade ;
  • Knowledge of Linux and shell scripting ;
  • Knowledge of writing SQL queries ;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions ;
  • Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP.

Desired Skills/ Knowledge :

  • Well versed with SDLC, Agile, CD&CI methodologies ;
  • Hands-on Java experience ;
  • Experience on python ;
  • Experience with git and pull workflow.
